Candidate Vetting

We vet you as a candidate. During the vetting process, we would look at the accuracy of your CV, vet your qualifications, call references, and consider your overall presentation, professionalism, and home office environment.

Technical Testing

Our team will also conduct technical testing to make sure your knowledge resonates with the position you’re applying for. We also request permission to perform a criminal background check for the client as part of our service.

Client Submission

Should you successfully vet, we’ll submit your profile to the client and, upon approval, schedule your interview(s) with the client.

Final Paperwork

After successful client interviews, we’ll draw up the paperwork to be signed and purchase any additional hardware before shipping it to you in preparation for your start date.
