Niel

Niel has meddled with (and in some cases, almost burned down) computers as far back as he can remember and has worked in the industry since 2004. He’s passionate about computers and the broader IT industry, but he also cares deeply about people's growth and those with potential.

His worst fear? A person whose brains and talent are squandered due to stagnant job markets or direct circumstances.

Niel believes in uplifting those people to where they belong and seeing his clients benefit and grow enormously from our partnerships. This rings especially true with small enterprises in their infancy that have landed their first few clients and simply can’t afford to pay for significant benefits and taxes for local hires. Niel’s goal is to become the go-to partner globally to do just that.

Johan

Johan’s IT journey began in 2008 when he discovered the limitless potential of networking and remote work. Since then, he’s led support desk transformations and cloud migrations across three continents, partnering with companies from Los Angeles to Copenhagen.

His sweet spot? Revamping support operations through Agile and Kanban while managing complex cloud transitions. But what truly drives him is connecting South Africa’s exceptional tech talent to global opportunities.

South African IT professionals bring something unique to the table: adaptability born from our diverse culture and a genuine hunger for success. While Johan continues to work with MSPs, he launched OutsourceZA to showcase what our tech community can offer: skilled professionals who don’t just adapt to different work cultures, but thrive in them.
